    2.1. Our online store and physical location offer bespoke cast iron radiators, marble tables, ceiling roses, coving, cast iron baths, vanity units, granite worktops, and related products and services.
    2.2. We only deliver to London and the South East of England. We do not ship internationally.
    2.3. The turnaround time from ordering your product to receiving it depends on the quantity purchased and is typically 4-6 weeks.
    2.4. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
    2.5. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site.

  3. Orders
    3.1. Orders can be placed online through our Site or by visiting our physical location.
    3.2. All orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion.
    3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
    3.4. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order and issue a full refund.

  4. Payment
    4.1. Payment can be made online through our Site using a credit or debit card, or by visiting our physical location and paying by cash or card.
    4.2. All payments must be made in pounds sterling.
    4.3. We reserve the right to change our prices and payment methods at any time, with or without notice.

  5. Delivery and Shipping
    5.1. We offer delivery to London and the South East of England.
    5.2. The delivery cost is calculated based on the weight and size of the product and the delivery location.
    5.3. We will notify you of the delivery cost at the time of purchase.
    5.4. We will make every effort to deliver your product within the estimated timeframe, but we cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, traffic, and unforeseen events.
    5.5. If you are not available to receive your delivery at the specified time and location, we reserve the right to charge you for any additional delivery attempts.

  6. Refunds and Returns
    6.1We offer refunds for standard items purchased from our online store or physical location provided that you notify us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
    6.2. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging will not be refunded.
    6.3. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for bespoke items. These are items that have been custom-made to your specifications and cannot be returned or refunded. We will make every effort to ensure that your bespoke item meets your requirements before it is shipped to you.

  7. Warranty
    7.1. Our products come with a 10-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.
    7.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

  8. Intellectual Property
    8.1. All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our online store or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    9.1. Ordering Process To place an order through our wholesale program, you must provide us with accurate and complete information about your business, including your tax identification number, business name, and shipping address. Once your application is approved, we will provide you with a catalog of our products and wholesale pricing information. Orders can be placed by email, phone, or through our online ordering system.

  5. Production and Delivery Once payment is received, production of the products will commence. Our standard production time is between 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the order. We will provide you with a specific delivery date and time as soon as possible. While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, we are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

  6. Cancellation and Refunds If you wish to cancel your wholesale order before production has commenced, you must do so in writing. We will refund any payments made, less any costs incurred by the Company up to the date of cancellation. Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible, and refunds will not be provided.

  7. Warranty We provide a 1-year warranty on all products we produce. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults that may occur during normal use. If a fault or defect is discovered, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

  8. Liability The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the products and associated delivery fees.

  9. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, and patents, in our product designs, are owned by the Company. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any part of our product designs without our prior written consent.
