Delivery

At The Victorian House, we offer shipping services for all of our products, including Iron Cast Radiators, Iron Cast Baths, Marble Top Vanity Units, Bespoke granite tables, Crystal and Vitreous glass mosaics. As our products are bespoke, we aim to get them finished in a timely manner whilst making sure the utmost care is taken in providing a top-level product.

Once your order has been made, we will be in contact with you regarding your delivery date. We will work with you to arrange a delivery time that is convenient for you.

We strive to provide the best shipping services to our customers. Depending on your location, we may use reliable and reputable courier services or deliver the products ourselves. We will deliver your products to your premises, but please note that we will not be liable for taking the item to the required location within the house. Please ensure that you have the necessary manpower and equipment to move the item(s) to the desired location.

1. Order Changes and Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once your order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

Vanity Units

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Victorian House. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@thevictorianhouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.

Please note that bespoke items, such as Bespoke granite tables and radiators are non-refundable. However, if there is a defect or issue with the item, we will work with you to find a resolution.
