£1000 Voucher Raffle
1. Promotion Overview

The Victorian House ("the Promoter") is offering customers the chance to win a £1000 voucher ("the Prize") to spend in-store or online.

Customers will receive one raffle ticket for every £120 spent in a single transaction at The Victorian House, either in-store or online.

The raffle will continue until all 50, £120 tickets have been claimed, at this point the draw will be held.
2. Eligibility

The raffle is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of The Victorian House, their families, or anyone else connected to the administration of the raffle.

Each £120 spent in a single transaction at The Victorian House, either in-store or online, will entitle the customer to one raffle ticket.

Purchases of £119.99 or less in a single transaction will not qualify for a raffle ticket.
3. Raffle Tickets

Raffle tickets will be issued at the time of purchase, and the ticket number will be recorded along with the customer's name and contact details.

There is no limit to the number of tickets a customer can obtain; they will receive one ticket for each £120 spent during the promotion period.

eGift Card Transactions:

If a customer purchases an eGift card on our website, they will not receive a raffle ticket at the time of purchase.

The customer who redeems the eGift card towards a purchase will be eligible for a raffle ticket if the total value of the transaction (including the eGift card and any additional payment) meets or exceeds the £120 threshold.

For example, if a customer uses a £60 eGift card and pays an additional £60 to make the total transaction amount £120 or more, they will receive one raffle ticket.

The raffle ticket is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
4. Prize Draw

The raffle draw will take place as soon as the cumulative qualifying spend across all customers reaches £6000.

The draw will be conducted via Facebook Live using a random name generator. The Promoter will film the process of entering each name into the system to ensure transparency and fairness.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible raffle tickets issued during the promotion period.

The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of purchase within 7 days of the draw.

If we do not hear from the winner within 10 days from the date of confirmation, we shall redraw the competition.
5. Prize

The Prize is a £1000 voucher to be used either in-store or online at The Victorian House.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed in a single transaction.

The voucher can be used to purchase multiple products or items in one transaction.

The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

If a transaction exceeds £1000, the surplus amount must be paid at the time of the transaction.

Product availability may vary between online and in-store purchases.
6. Publicity

By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to participate in any publicity or promotional activities related to the raffle, including having their name published on The Victorian House's website or social media platforms.

The Victorian House reserves the right to publish the winner's first name and town of residence.
7. Data Protection

Personal data collected from participants will only be used for the purpose of administering the raffle and will not be shared with third parties.

Data will be handled in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle or these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond their control.

The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the raffle will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By participating in this raffle, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
